The 200/mo cap applies to the Front Desk plan's AI text concierge — Front Desk doesn't include AI call answering, that starts at The Seventh Day. Appointment confirmations and reminders don't count at all; those are unlimited on every plan. It resets monthly.

The Studio Suite includes 5 providers for $397/mo. Each additional provider is +$25/mo, so a 3-chair studio pays a flat $397, and a 15-provider med spa runs about $647/mo. No per-seat contracts, no surprise fees.

Yes. Clients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for support. We only text clients about their own bookings unless they've separately opted into marketing messages.
