7th Day AI provides booking, client management, payment, and AI-driven communication tools for beauty and wellness studios. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your service plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including service pricing, availability, and cancellation policies configured in your account. Clients booking through your studio are subject to the policies you set, including deposit and no-show/late-cancellation fee enforcement where enabled.
By opting in, you or your clients agree to receive SMS text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, no-show and rescheduling follow-ups, and replies to messages sent in. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 10 messages per month depending on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance, or call 972-639-6019.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any 7th Day AI service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties.
Subscription fees and one-time setup fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7th Day AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or county courts of Texas.
