7th Day AI provides booking, client management, payment, and AI-driven communication tools for beauty and wellness studios. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your service plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including service pricing, availability, and cancellation policies configured in your account. Clients booking through your studio are subject to the policies you set, including deposit and no-show/late-cancellation fee enforcement where enabled.
By opting in through our contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from 7th Day AI related to your inquiry — replies to your message, scheduling or confirming a call or demo, and onboarding/account setup updates if you become a customer. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance, or call 512-961-4738.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of using any 7th Day AI service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties.
Plans described as offering unlimited AI conversations, texting, or calling are subject to fair commercial use for a single studio's normal day-to-day client volume. We reserve the right to contact you about usage that is substantially and consistently outside normal patterns for a studio of your size (for example, volume driven by a mass advertising campaign) and to discuss an adjusted plan before any limits are applied.
Subscription fees and one-time setup fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7th Day AI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or county courts of Texas.
